Charged is not convicted.

Three and a half years. Three countries. Jailed, house-arrested, stripped of roughly four million dollars in property, and now held in a federal detention centre in Miami. Not one charge, anywhere, has ever been tested at a trial. Not one has produced a verdict.

You do not have to like them. You only have to want the same rules applied to you.

Three Years, Seven Months Of Restriction.
Zero Trials.

Every band below is a documented change of legal status. The argument is not that any single restriction was wrong on its own. It is that they have run end to end for more than three and a half years without the trial that is supposed to justify them.

Solitary,Without AVerdict

Andrew Tate says he is held in the Special Housing Unit at FDC Miami with no calls, no visits, no commissary and almost no time out of the cell. His counsel describes a cell of roughly five feet by twelve.

He is not serving a sentence. He is a pre-trial detainee contesting an extradition request. The Bureau of Prisons declined to confirm the placement, citing privacy, safety and security, and disputes his claims about the facility's water, saying it is certified safe to drink.

The UN Mandela Rules treat solitary confinement beyond fifteen consecutive days as prohibited. Whatever you believe about the charges, isolation should require a justification stated on the record.

Hertfordshire police reopen the investigation closed in 2019

Hertfordshire Constabulary announces it will reinvestigate the rape and sexual assault allegations reported to it between 2014 and 2015, closed in 2019 after the CPS did not charge. The announcement comes a day after the Independent Office for Police Conduct said a former detective constable could face gross misconduct proceedings over alleged failures to properly investigate the case. The three complainants said in a joint statement that the reopening was long overdue.

Andrew Tate says he is in the Special Housing Unit

Andrew Tate says he is being held in solitary confinement at FDC Miami with no calls, no visits, no commissary and almost no time out of the cell. In a post from his seventh day in the unit he says he was allowed his one hour of exercise twice. His counsel describes a five by twelve foot cell. The Bureau of Prisons declined to confirm the placement, citing privacy, safety and security. He is a pre-trial detainee contesting extradition. He has been convicted of nothing.

Detention hearing set for 13 August

US Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis sets a hearing to decide whether the brothers are released during what could be a months-long extradition process. Their lawyers argue they are not a flight risk, having attended every hearing in Romania for over three years. They stay in custody until then.

What The Hearing
Actually Decides

Worth being precise about, because overstating it is how a campaign loses the room. This hearing is narrow. That is exactly why it is winnable.

13 August 2026. Judge Lauren Louis decides whether Andrew and Tristan Tate wait for the extradition process at liberty, or in a cell.

What is being decided

Only whether Andrew and Tristan Tate wait for the extradition process at liberty or in a cell. Nothing about guilt, and nothing about the charges themselves.

Who decides it

US Magistrate Judge Lauren Louis, in the Southern District of Florida. The test is flight risk and danger to the community, argued on evidence.

The defence argument

That in more than three years under Romanian judicial control they did not flee, and complied with the court's requirements throughout.

The prosecution argument

That both men remain a flight risk and should stay in custody until the extradition process concludes. A hearing has two sides and this page is not the place to pretend otherwise.

What happens next

Either way the extradition process continues, and it could run for months. That is exactly why the conditions they wait in matter.

Goal

We, the undersigned

Call for Andrew and Tristan Tate to be released pending the outcome of proceedings, for an end to any confinement in a Special Housing Unit that is not justified on the record, and for their cases to be heard promptly in open court so the evidence can be tested and judged.

They Took The Platforms. Not The Skills.

In August 2022 Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube removed him in a matter of days. The answer was to build somewhere they did not control. The Real World is that platform, and it is still running while its founder sits in a cell in Miami.
