Found An Error?

This site argues that facts should be tested before they are acted on. That obligation runs in both directions. If something here is wrong, out of date or misleading, it gets corrected or removed. Reporting on all three of these cases is still moving, and a campaign that will not update itself is just propaganda with footnotes.

Standard Of Proof Used Here

  • Facts are stated only where a named outlet or official body reported them, and the link is always shown.
  • Assertions by the brothers, their lawyers or the prosecution are attributed to whoever made them and are never presented as established.
  • Disputes are noted. Where an authority contests a claim, that contest appears alongside the claim rather than being left out.
  • Speculation does not appear. If it cannot be linked, it is not on the site.

Where This Campaign Stands

Andrew and Tristan Tate have been charged with criminal offences in the United Kingdom and are under investigation in Romania. They have not been convicted of any offence in any jurisdiction, and both deny every allegation. Nothing on this site asserts that any allegation is false. This campaign argues about process: that people are entitled to the presumption of innocence, to proportionate conditions of detention before trial, and to a hearing that is timely and fair. Allegations of sexual violence deserve serious investigation. So does the fairness of the machinery used to investigate them.
